Alicia graduated from Austin Peay in 2011 with a major in Elementary Education. While in school, she began working for a preschool and quickly learned she had a passion for young children and child development. Since 2008, she has loved working with children from birth to pre-k. Alicia and her husband, Nate, were married in 2011 at Hermitage Hills and they have two children, Luke and Lydia. She is grateful for the opportunity to love on children each day while also building relationships with families and encouraging them during the early childhood years and beyond!
